My generation would love a sequel to, "Are You There God? It's Me Margaret." about Margaret's journey through menopause. I think you could easily make it quite hysterical and it would be a big hit! Thanks for your time.

Do you think Fudge would be concern about Fake Foods? I think Fudge would want to eliminate genetically modified foods from his diet. Did you know that according to the Grocery Manufacturers Association, approximately 80% of all processed foods now contain genetically modified ingreedients. Will our government just label them?

I grew up on your books and have always listed (on all the profile questionnaires I receive (lol))"Are you there, God? It's me, Margaret" as my favorite book and you as my favorite author. I started a book club for my daughter a couple of years ago (the end of 2nd grade) and one of the first books we read (and thoroughly enjoyed) was "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing." You have been on my mind this week, as I recently picked up a copy of "Are you there, God" for my now almost 10 year old daughter and I to enjoy together. I can't wait to read it again and am so thankful that you chose to write such stories that can still relate to most kids, today - even in our 21st century world. I'll keep you posted! Much love, Tammy

Dear Ms. Blume,
I am 42 year old woman, and somehow didn't read Forever in my teens. I just read it, and did so in one sitting. I just loved it. It made me think about my "first" and all the details that got to that point in our relationship. I just read it last night, and have had the story and the characters on my mind all day. I keep thinking there should be a sequel of some kind for this story. Even if it's one book with only 2 sections, one for Katherine and one for Michael. I would love to know how their lives turned out, was Michael forever damaged? Did Katherine compare every relationship to Michael's? Or not at all? How did their friendships hold up through it all?

Thank you for everything you do for girls and women. You are a ear when no one is listening and a voice to communicate when we struggle to find the appropriate words.

Best,
Debbie Smith

I will admit I got all goofy when I saw 'Judy Blume' pop up on my Twitter search. I said, 'No, it can't be her.' But it is and she's reading the words my fingers are making as they tap dance across my keyboard. (Or at least an assistant of hers is!)

Any way, I've always loved your work and now that I'm no longer a teacher, I spend my time writing. Perhaps one day I'll write something that'll inspire some girl, somewhere, to follow their dreams the way that your words not only helped me giggle through some of life's quirkier moments but also helped me see that I wasn't so different from some of the characters in your books.

Cordially,
L. Avery Brown

I read a book years ago about a girl with Scoliosis. I could have sworn you were the author. What is the name of this book? I have a friend who has a daughter that was diagnosed with "Skully". To cheer her up , I think this book would be key. Thank you
